Privacy notice

Clear terms before you share information.

This notice applies to the LouisianAI newsletter, project-alert, AI readiness, and vendor-intake forms. Last updated July 20, 2026.

What we collect

Newsletter and project-alert forms collect your email address, the interest or project context, the page where you signed up, a browser user-agent, and a one-way IP hash used for rate limiting.

AI readiness forms collect the business, contact, email, city, industry, company size, stated AI use, workflow problem, budget range, and consent response you choose to submit. Vendor forms collect company, contact email, website, category, service areas, industries, and optional proof notes.

Why we use it

We use newsletter and project-alert data to send the requested updates. We use readiness and vendor data to review the request, respond, prevent abuse, and maintain the submission record. Vendor information is not published automatically; public directory placement requires human review.

The basis for newsletter and project alerts is your request to receive those updates. The AI readiness form also requires an affirmative consent checkbox. Vendor submissions are processed as a request for directory review.

Where it goes

Submission records are stored in Supabase. LouisianAI is hosted on Vercel, and submission notifications may be sent to the internal review inbox through Resend. Those providers process information only to operate the service for LouisianAI.

We do not sell submitted personal information or use it for third-party ad targeting. We disclose it only to the internal reviewers and service providers needed for the uses above, unless disclosure is required by law.

Retention and your choices

The current service has no automatic deletion timer. We retain submitted records while they are needed to operate the requested service, respond to the submitter, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using your submission, and we will review the request against those obligations.

Send privacy, deletion, or unsubscribe requests to leads@louisianai.com. Include the email address or submission context needed to locate the record.

This notice describes the currently implemented public forms and operational processors. For research methodology, see the methodology.
